For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns. If your item(s) are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to help with a replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in or around Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Pickup is by appointment only, once your order is placed, I will reach out to you directly to coordinate the pickup details.
What if an item I want is sold out?
If you see an item you love but it’s sold out, please reach out through the Contact page! I’m happy to make pieces to order when possible. Made-to-order items typically take a few extra days to create before standard shipping timelines begin, so please expect a slightly longer turnaround.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, all earring posts used are hypoallergenic. These pieces are made from surgical-grade stainless steel, known for its durability and long-lasting wear. While it contains trace amounts of nickel for strength, it is widely regarded as one of the safest materials for sensitive ears. It is tarnish-resistant, non-fading, and hypoallergenic for most people.
Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?
We do not recommend showering, bathing, or any activity that will get your jewelry overly damp or wet, as moisture can compromise the strength and finish of the clay.
My jewelry arrived and it looks slightly different from the stock photo. Why?
Every piece is handmade, meaning each one is unique, that’s the beauty of buying small! Minor imperfections and slight variations in texture and pattern should be expected, as no two pieces are the same. Colors and shades may also vary depending on the screen and/or device you’re viewing on. To depict our products as accurately as possible, our stock photos are taken in natural light and no filters are used.
